Q: WHAT SHIPPING OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?
I ship using Chits Chats services to send packages from Canada to the USA and internationally.
Due to the pandemic, the following international countries are where I currently only ship to:
The United States, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Russia, Singapore, South Korea, Hong Kong, Japan, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, Australia, and New Zealand
It is the customers' responsibility to pay any additional fees (duties, taxes, and customs).
Q: HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Please check your tracking number for an estimated delivery time. It usually takes me 1-5 business days to package, ship, and fulfill your order. DUE TO COVID, please allow an additional 2-5 weeks before reporting a package missing!
Q: WHAT IS YOUR SHOP'S RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Please read product descriptions for sizing and specifications carefully before purchasing.

Q: MY PACKAGE ISN'T HERE?!?!
Check to see if your address is correct. If any information was provided incorrectly, it will be returned to me. I can resent it as long as the shipping fee is covered.
Check to see if package was received by a concierge, neighbor, or family member.
Contact your local post office, since they will be able to provide more information as to where your package is. I really have no control over packages once they leave my hands at the post office.
For packages stuck "in transit," please allow a 4-week wait period to see if the package shows up. Unfortunately, these things can happen from time to time.
If the package has still not arrived, please email me at birduyen13@gmail and we can discuss a solution together.
For packages that show as "delivered" but isn't received, please follow the instructions at https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm and file the proper search request. Once USPS has concluded their investigation, and depending on their findings, I will determine the next course of action.
Q: I PLACED TWO SEPARATE ORDERS. CAN I COMBINE THEM?
