SHIPPING OPTIONS: 

I ship worldwide!

I am currently using Chit Chats to ship packages from Canada to the USA and Internationally. This way, I am able to offer cheaper, quicker, and more efficient services, since they drive to the Canada/USA border and ship orders through USPS/Ascendia. 

Some countries do not have tracking available and will have non-tracked options for $5 USD. As mentioned above, non-tracked packages are at risk of being lost so PLEASE be aware of the risk. I am not responsible for lost packages as once it is sent, it is the responsibility of the shipping company. 

It is the customers' responsibility to pay any additional fees (duties, taxes, and customs).

UPDATES:

As of March 16th, 2020, I cannot ship packages to China. 

As of January 28th, 2019, I am no longer offering non-tracked shipping options for countries outside of Canada and the USA due to the increased frequency of packages getting stuck in international customs or getting lost on the way. To help with this change, I will lower the international tracked fee from $8 to $7 USD. With all international packages being tracked, we can have more peace of mind that my art will reach you safe and sound!

As of January 22nd, 2019, all standard shipping on Canadian orders is free! 

Shipping options and their corresponding delivery times will be calculated upon checkout.

PROCESSING TIME: 

Processing time will vary from 1-14 days, but this time could take longer if there is a larger volume of orders.

If items are listed as pre-order, processing time will also be longer! Please refer to product description for details on pre-order items.

Unfortunately, I have no control over your package once it is delivered to the post office. 

With over 5 years of experience operating an online business and over 2000+ orders sent, I have never had a package that was completely "lost."

In most cases:

1.   Packages may be held up at your local post office. Try contacting them to see if there are any issues!

2.   Package was picked up by a concierge, neighbor, or family member. 

3.   Package may just be taking longer than usual to get to where you are!

If your package's tracking number has not been updated:

Delivery times depend on the shipping service used in the destination country.

Please keep in mind that items sent internationally may take a longer time to clear customs. Depending on volumes, delays can occur. I cannot intervene with the customs process nor can the postal administration of the destination country.
